11/6 Bethel wins Tourney. Cobbers end 10th at MIAC Tourney | Ann Larson named All-MIAC. Sam Scariano Named All-MIAC Second Team. |

Bethel (25-11) beat No. 1 seed St. Thomas (21-11) 15-8, 12-15, 9-15, 15-7, 15-10 in the championship match to win the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) volleyball tournament Saturday night at the Macalester College Fieldhouse. This was Bethel's first MIAC volleyball championship and sends the Royals to the NCAA Division III playoffs which begin next weekend. Bethel and St. Thomas ended up Co-Champs of the MIAC in the final MIAC standings.

Bethel's Carrie Ritland was named MIAC Player of the Year and Andrew Palileo was named MIAC Coach of the Year.
