COACHES:
Concordia head coach Terry Horan (Concordia â89) is in his third year as
head football coach at Concordia College. In 2002 he was named the MIAC
Coach of the Year as he guided the Cobbers to a second place finish. Concordia
went 7-1 in the MIAC and was 7-3 overall. In his first two seasons at the
helm, he has compiled an 12-6 conference record and a 14-8 overall mark.
Augsburg's head coach Jack Osberg (Augsburg '62) enters his 12th season
with the Auggies with a 53-58 career record, the second-most wins in school
history, behind Edor Nelson's 58 wins (58-118-10) from 1947-69. He has
the third-longest tenure among current MIAC football coaches, behind St.
John's John Gagliardi and Bethel's Steve Johnson.

- Senior quarterback Ryan Hebrink racked
up 248 yards in total offense against Hamline in the Cobbersâ 57-14 victory.
Hebrink now has 1,059 yards in total offense for the 2003 season and 5,183
for his career. He needs 407 more yards to break the schoolâs all-time
offensive yardage record. The all-time MIAC offensive yardage record is
held by Kurt Ramler of St. John's who accounted for 6,062 yards from 1993-96.
