week St. John's beat Augsburg 63-9.

COACHES:
Concordia head coach Terry Horan (Concordia â89) is in his third year as
head football coach at Concordia College. In 2002 he was named the MIAC
Coach of the Year as he guided the Cobbers to a second place finish. Concordia
went 7-1 in the MIAC and was 7-3 overall. In his first two seasons at the
helm, he has compiled an 12-6 conference record and a 14-8 overall mark.
St. John's head coach John Gagliardi (Colorado College â49) is in his 55th
season as a collegiate head coach and 51st season in Collegeville. The
winningest active coach and second all-time in college football history,
Gagliardi currently owns a 406-114-11 collegiate career record. Gagliardi
is two wins away from the all-time collegiate win record of 408, set by
former Grambling head coach Eddie Robinson.

St. John's leads the series 35-26-7. This will be the 69th meeting between the two teams. The Johnnies have won the past seven meetings between the two schools. They have also posted a 10-0-2 mark in the past 12 years. The last time the Cobbers beat the Johnnies was in 1990, when Concordia prevailed 30-28 in a game played in the Metrodome. The last time the two teams played in Collegeville was in 2000 when the Johnnies won 35-14.
Concordia has only won six times in the past 25 games. The Cobbers and Johnnies played to ties in 1995 (14-14) and 1992 (18-18). The two teams have played to three tie games in the past 14 meetings.
The series began in 1923 when Concordia downed St. John's 3-0. The Cobbers won the first three games of the series. The two schools have played in every season since 1956.

- Senior quarterback Ryan Hebrink racked
up 153 yards in total offense against Augsburg in the Cobbersâ 32-13 victory.
Hebrink now has 1,212 yards in total offense for the 2003 season and 5,336
for his career. With the 153 yards against the Auggies, he passed Ethan
Pole for second place on the school's all-time offensive yardage list.
He needs 254 more yards to break the schoolâs all-time offensive yardage
record. The all-time MIAC offensive yardage record is held by Kurt Ramler
of St. John's who accounted for 6,062 yards from 1993-96. Hebrink also
needs only 200 more yards to become the fourth player in school history
to rush for over 2000 yards in a career.

- Bobby Clark has racked up 628 rushing yards this season. That leaves him 81 yards shy of the 2,000 yard mark for his career. Entering the season he had rushed for 1,291 yards. He is on pace to become only the third running back in Concordia history to rush for over 2,000 yards in a career.
