Entries: Due by Friday, February 5, 1998 - 5:00 p.m.

Entry Fee: $5.00 per person or $50.00 per team.
Eligibility: Collegiate athletes only. Unlimited entries. No limit on number of Sprint Medley, Distance Medley, 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 Meter Relay teams.
Declaration: Final confirmation of the entries need to be made at the Scorer's Table in the balcony overlooking the finish line prior to the start of the meet.
Schedule: Fixed time schedule. Check at the Scorer's Table prior to the meet for an updated schedule.
Prelims: All events will be run as timed finals, including the 55 M
and 55 M Hurdles.
The best performances will compete in the first section for all
running events.
Track: Six lane, flat 200M EPDM granulate surface - 1/8" spikes only.
4x200 Meter Relay will be run with an eight turn stagger, lanes
the whole way. Each runner will have an acceleration zone.
Field Events: LJ and TJ off EPDM surface - 1/8" spikes only.
Pole Vault off synthetic surface - 1/8" spikes only.
HJ off tartan surface - NO SPIKES ALLOWED
Shot Put and Weight Throws off wood surface.
Field events - 4 jumps/throws for all competitors.
Disqualifications: Athletes will be disqualified for unsportspersonlike conduct, including but not limited to foul language, taunting opponents and berating officials. All NCAA rules apply.
Spikes: 1/8" spikes only, must be pyramid type, no pins. See attached.
NO SPIKES ALLOWED ON THE INFIELD.
Starting Blocks: Standard starting blocks will be provided. Specialty blocks will be allowed but must be furnished by athlete's institution.
Team Camps: May be on the infield or in the balcony.
Locker Room: Facilities are available in the adjacent Memorial Fieldhouse.
Please supply your own towels and take care of your own valuables.
Scoring: Dual Meet Scoring will be used between each pair of teams.
Individual events will be scored: 5-3-2-1. Only two
scorers per team.
Relays will be scored: 5-3. Only #1 team may score.
Teams: Concordia, Minot State, Jamestown, Mary.
Athletic Training: A certified athletic trainer and student athletic trainers will be on site one hour prior to the first event until 30 minutes after the last event has concluded. If any treatments are needed please bring instructions signed by your institution's certified athletic trainer. Please bring your own athletic training kit with taping supplies.
