Coach Jim Christopherson's 1997 pre-season Comments:

Troy's all-around ability as an athlete will serve the Cobber offense well this year.  Counted on as a back-up quarterback, he has the speed and ability to play running back and receiver as well.  Look for him to make a fine contribution to the Cobbers' offensive success this year.
