Daimen Crump was named All-MIAC in 1995-96 and 1996-97. He ended his career with 1005 points averaged 21.1 points per game in the 1996-97 season. He became just the 7th player in Cobber men's basketball to score 1000 points. He was 5th in MIAC scoring in 1996-97 with 20.0 ppg.
He also broke Bob Laney's career scoring average record of 19.4 ppg, posting a 20.1 average over his two-year, 50-game career. The Cobbers were 34-16 in Daimen's career.
In 1995-96 Crump led the MIAC in scoring with a 21.2 average. His 529 points for the 1995-96 season was the 5th best single season total in Cobber history. Crump was 8th in the MIAC in both both field goal percentage (54.4% ) and free throw percentage (79.7%).
