5/17 Erin Gunderson named to the Midwest All-Region Team.
Concordia's Erin Gunderson (So., Princeton) continued to gather postseason honors by being named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Midwest third team. Along with the All-Region award, Gunderson has been named MIAC All-Conference and Academic All-MIAC. This is the second year in a row Gunderson has been named to the All-Region team.

5/10  Cindy Frey and Erin Gunderson were named to the All-MIAC Softball Team.

Concordia's Cindy Frey (Sr., St. Paul) and Erin Gunderson (So., Princeton)  have been named to the 2000 All-MIAC Softball team. It is the second time for both players. Frey was selected in her freshman year, and this is Gunderson's second straight season for the honor. Frey was in the top 10 in the league in RBI's, homeruns and doubles. Gunderson, who rewrote Concordia's pitching record book for the second straight season, was second in the league in strikeouts with 74 and fifth in the league in E.R.A. with a 0.72 mark. 

Laura Danielson (Sr., Bemidji) and Jill Pontius (So., Eagle Bend) were named All-Conference Honorable Mention.
