ST. PAUL -- Concordia's Eric Singer scored a goal and an assist in the first three minutes and teammate Todd Stebelton scored twice in the final seven minutes as Concordia scored a 5-1 MIAC victory over St. Thomas.

Paul Toso had four saves in goal for the Cobbers, who closed the season 8-10 overall and 3-7 in the MIAC. The Tommies are 7-7 overall and 4-5 in the MIAC and play Saturday at MIAC co-leader St. Olaf.

St. Thomas pulled within 2-1 16 minutes into the match but Micah Benson scored at 43:24 to give the Cobbers 3-1 halftime lead.
