Camp Highlights:
- 2 coaches attend free with each team (at least ten wrestlers to a team)
- Promotes team unity and character building
- Daily competition in team duals
- Awards to Team Champions and top individuals @ each weight
- Concordia Wrestlers will stay in the dorms with campers.
- 2 or 3 schools may combine to form a team; individuals will be placed on a team
- Weight training instruction sessions
- Receive one-on-one instruction and coaching
- Concordia College wrestlers and coaches will serve as camp counselors and technicians
- Campers and teams will be assigned two Cobber wrestlers that will supervise and coach them for the duration of the camp.
- Commuters are welcome at special discount savings!
- Laundry will be washed once every day
- Full time certified athletic trainer will be available for all sessions
- Camp notes and videotapes will be available at the end of camp
- All you can eat meals

Sample Daily Schedule:
7:30-8:30 A.M – BREAKFAST
11:30 A.M.- LUNCH
5:30 P.M.- DINNER
6:30-8:30 P.M.- DUAL MEETS
9:00-10:00 P.M.- FREE TIME (movies, games)
11:00 P.M.- LIGHTS OUT
Concordia fitness center open 6a.m.-10p.m daily

Techniques that will be taught:
-Takedowns and counters
-Upper body throws and counters
-Bottom moves and counters
-Breakdowns and rides
-Leg Riding
-Pinning Pressure and Pin Holds
- All techniques shown at camp have been proven to work!!  Techniques will be demonstrated by Coach Clay Nagel and his premier staff (see below)  Concordia wrestlers will serve as counselors working with campers on the demonstrated techniques.
