Meet Recap

SAUK RAPIDS, Minn. (9/26/10)-- In their final invite before the MIAC Championship Meet, Concordia shot a final team score of 779 (400-379) at the St. Ben's Invite at Wapicada GC in Sauk Rapids and finished in sixth place.

Cobber senior Jeanna Kratzke carded a pair of 94's and tied for 26th place at the meet. It marked the first time this season she has led the team at a meet. Her final total of 188 was four better than freshman Emily Frosaker who fired identical 96's and finished in a tie for 31st place.

Sophomore Laura Ayers stumbled in the opening day but then rebounded with a 93 on Sunday and carded a 195 (102-93) and was two spots behind Frosaker in 33rd place.

Concordia will now participate in the MIAC Championship Meet on Oct. 2-4 at Bunker Hills GC in Coon Rapids, Minn.
