March 5, 1999 Concordia's lone entrant in the NCAA Tourney, 174 pounder Nathan Reiff, lost in the first round today 6-4 in sudden death to Mike Margelis of Delaware Valley.

March 6 NCAA at New Jersey State |
 Nathan Reiff came back to win three matches in the consolation bracket before losing 10-5 in the 174 consolation semifinals. He then came back to beat Peter Rapps, (Montclair St.) 7-5 in the 7th place match and earn All-America Honors. He was also named to the wrestling coaches' Scholastic All America team.
