Dan converted from quarterback to running back his sophomore year and the move is proving to be a good one for him and the team. After limited duty in 1996, he is ready to assume a big role in the Cobbers' vaunted running game. He is also dangerous coming out of the backfield as a pass receiver. Watch for him to be a key in the offense this year.
